Who FKC is for

Fertility Knowledge Collective (FKC) is a fertility awareness educator training and certification program built around an integrated, multi-symptom method. We teach cervical mucus, basal body temperature, and hormone testing protocols alongside the physiology and methodological reasoning behind them.

Through structured curriculum, real-chart practice, mentorship, and a certification practicum, we help educators build the knowledge and skills to interpret complex charts and support clients with greater confidence.

A MULTI SYMPTOM METHOD WITH INTEGRATED CERVICAL MUCUS, BASAL BODY TEMPERATURE AND HORMONE TESTING PROTOCOLS

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE?

  • Build your understanding of cervical mucus, basal body temperature (BBT), and hormone testing through an integrated, multi-symptom fertility awareness method.

    We go beyond memorizing charting rules to explore the physiology, evidence, and methodological reasoning behind them. Learn how fertility indicators work, how our protocols are structured, and how to interpret charts for perimenopause, post-pill, postpartum and PMOS charters.

  • Learn to work with challenging charts.

    We teach you to interpret the information a chart actually establishes, apply the appropriate FKC protocols, and recognize when the available information does—and doesn’t—support a particular conclusion.

  • You won’t be navigating this journey alone:

    Live Webinars and Group Calls: Participate in interactive sessions with Nat and Tami, where you can ask questions, discuss complex cases, and receive expert advice.

  • Put your learning into practice by supporting practice clients through their charting experience, with mentorship and feedback along the way.

    Your certification process includes applied chart review, case notes, a final case summary, self-assessment, and case presentation. You’ll demonstrate your understanding of the FKC method and your ability to apply its protocols thoughtfully in real-world teaching scenarios.

  • Get access to research-informed protocols, slides and scripts, teaching resources, handouts, and client-facing tools to support your work with clients.

    Our Educator Rationale Guides explain why protocols are structured as they are, what evidence supports them, and where methodological decisions have been made. You’ll learn not just what to teach, but how to explain the reasoning behind it.

  • Learn alongside other fertility awareness educators in a collaborative cohort community. Through paired chart reviews and shared case discussions, you’ll practice interpreting charts, articulating your reasoning, and giving and receiving constructive feedback.

  • Work directly with Nat and Tami through live group calls, case discussions, and feedback on your chart interpretations and case notes.

    We’ll work through nuanced scenarios together, helping you develop your reasoning and apply the framework with greater confidence.

What’s Included:

  • Mentorship + Real Client Practice: You'll support 1–2 practice clients through at least 2–3 full charting cycles using our educator tools and client-facing resources. No need to create your own teaching materials, we’ve got that covered.

  • Live Support: Mentorship calls with Tami and Nat, plus monthly feedback on your submitted charts and case notes.

  • Certification Review: You'll wrap up with a final case summary, self-assessment, and case presentation.

  • Chart Review Pairs: You’ll be paired with a peer to get real world practice reviewing charts, and getting feedback on your own.

Timeline:

  • Curriculum Phase: April-June

  • Prep Phase: July-Aug (prep for practicum, catch up on lessons)

  • Mentorship Phase: September–December (active teaching + feedback)

  • Wrap-Up: January (final submissions + certification)

NOTE: You will have 6 months from when you complete the mentorship phase in December to submit for certification.

Prerequisites

  • We would love for you to have experience charting your own cycle before starting FKC, ideally with one of our FKC alumni!

  • You will get the most out of FKC if you have experience charting your own cycles.

    FKC can be your first certification.

    We ideally would like you to have

    • Personal charting experience

    • Experience working with a fertility awareness educator

    • A desire to move beyond memorized rules and into confident, real-time chart interpretation

    The training component is required and serves as the foundation for certification.

    Certification is earned through demonstrated understanding, applied case review, and the ability to reason through real charts!

  • The program features academic curriculum to watch on your own schedule, live nurture calls, live curriculum calls, and peer chart review sessions. All calls (other than peer chart review sessions) occur on Thursdays at 11am ET.

  • No worries! All our webinars and office hour calls are recorded, so you can catch up anytime. We encourage you to attend live if you can, but you won’t miss out if life gets in the way.

  • Yes! We believe in the power of collective learning. You’ll have access to a cohort based group (platform tbd!), where you can ask questions, share insights, and lean on other FAM educators. It’s a space for open dialogue and collaboration.

  • The program includes live group calls, self paced materials and a cohort only group. We estimate that reviewing materials and participating in discussions will take around 2-3 hours per week.

  • Yes, we offer flexible payment options to help make this professional development accessible. You can choose to pay in full or in installments. More details on pricing are available on the registration page.

  • FKC will run again in May of 2027. Make sure you register your email on the waitlist so you don’t miss it when enrolment rolls around!

  • $1,950 USD or 6 monthly payments of $332. Waitlist saves $300 for the first week of enrolment.

  • Upon completion of the program, your FKC certification serves as a robust, standalone qualification that empowers you to build a thriving independent practice, seamlessly guiding clients through the realities of non standard patterns without having to rely on rigid, traditional frameworks. Alumni will be able to apply to the Read Your Body directory.

  • Secular, flexible, tons of support. The FKC training sits uniquely at the intersection between holistic immersions and strictly medicalized models. We designed the Fertility Knowledge Collective to occupy a highly practical middle ground, explicitly specializing in equipping you to interpret fertility charts for clients who are strictly Trying to Avoid (TTA) pregnancy. W e do not train you to become a Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner or a generalized Cycle Coach, rather we support your through interpreting postpartum, post-pill, perimenopause, we specialize in the complex charts.

  • The program runs April-Dec 2027. You will meet biweekly with your chart review partner, and live calls are approx 2x per month (recorded in case you can’t make it live) on Thursdays at 11am ET. Your practicum phase is from Sept-Dec. You will need to find 1-3 practice clients by Sept.

phase 1: charting crash course

Preparation phase. Learn how to chart your own personal cycles with the FKC charting protocol

phase 2: masterclass series

Three months of self-paced webinars and ongoing group calls.

phase 3: certification phase

You’ll find 1-3 clients to teach and meet for practicum case review sessions. You’ll submit for certification at the end.

No one here is asked to teach from a religious or political framework. Instead, we focus on:
